Designer Spotlight: Big Buddha Handbags

I’m such an internet-aholic that I don’t even remember half of the time how I find certain gems online. Last week I discovered Big Buddha handbags and I’m a happy camper.
Founder and designer 21 year old (!!) F/T college student (!!!) Jeremy Bassan is doing his thing (see his Jeremy Bassan’s pic here). Big Buddha’s getting a lot of buzz in print and online with his lovely bags.
I first noticed the ‘Robertson‘ bag, and loved the pink (found it on Endless.com for $80.00 USD):

If you want the Robertson in either white, brown or orange, you can buy from the amazing folks over at Bur-Mar Shoes.com for $69.00 USD.
I wound up going for the larger ‘Miranda‘ bag (I’m a large tote/handbag fiend) @ $69.00 (from Bur-Mar Shoes). In case they sell out at Bur-Mar, you can also find them for a few bucks more ($72.00 USD) at Lori’s Shoes.com

I love the quited patent-leather look of both bags. Gives off a Chanel-ish vibe, with non-Chanel-ish prices. Works for me! Will post pics of my own bag soon.
See more yummy goodness at Big Buddha’s website here.
