GAP Inc Brands: Piperlime, Forth & Towne
So the other day I’m looking for khaki clothing items and of course, where’s the first place you think to shop when you think khaki - yep, The GAP, right? So I went to their website and I don’t know how I wound up on their corporate website but there I was, and I noticed the listing of the companies they own. I knew that GAP Inc. owned Old Navy and Banana Republic, but I saw the name of 2 other companies I’d never heard of: Piperlime and Forth & Towne. Naturally, since I’d never heard of them I clicked the links on the page and was pleasantly surprised at what I found.
Cute, fresh looking website of SHOES SHOES SHOES! They offer shoes in all prices ranges and a fabu selection of designers. You’ll find Keds to Betsey Johnson to Tracy Reese. And I haven’t even told you the best part yet - FREE (standard) SHIPPING and RETURNS! *Pauses* Wait, let me repeat that: FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS. F-R-E-E. Of course, if you want Express shipping, you’ll have to pay for that, but helloooo, 4-7 business days is NOT bad at all when its free. And we loooove free, right? (Sorry non-U.S. residents, they don’t ship internationally at the present time. Boooo! :( )
I’d never heard of them before but apparently they have stores all over the U.S. While you can order from their website, you have to call their toll-free Customer Service number to complete your order (again, sorry non-U.S. resident Hot Mamas, no shipping outside of the U.S.)
They’re a bit higher end in terms of pricing (along the lines of Banana Republic) but definitely affordable. I fell in love with a cute polka-dot 50s style dress.
Silk Dot dress - $148 USD
That dress would look fierce with a pair of peep toe pumps, non?
