Get Your Party Dress On Pt. IV - The Corset Dress

Oh, good Lord. I just can’t decide. I mean, every time I do another post in this series I think I’ve decided on what kind of dress I want to rock for my birthday party in 2 weeks (which is so hilarious to say because to be honest, this “party” is a figment of my imagination–it’s more like, I’m CRASHING someone else’s holiday party and calling it my own, ya dig?) and I thought I wanted sequins, but now, I notice I’m leaning towards a corset dress. But not just any corset dress. It has to have a pencil skirt shape.

Like the one singer Nicole Scherzinger wore a few days ago (December 2nd):

Of course, the legit quality ones are pricey (as in over $100.00) and I saw one at my local mall recently that I keep, keep, thinking about, but it was like $120.00. It looked like this:

But I have faith! I WILL find something! And while I’m at it, I’m going to have to invest in some Spanx as well if I think I’m going to try and pull off this look. *Double sighhhh*
