InStyle.com Hollywood Hair Virtual Makeover: Shorter Hair?

So, I’ve gone on and on in the past on how much I wish I had the guts to just take a pair of clippers and just do it. Just cut my hair O-F-F. But I’m too chickensh-t. I really am. I’ve pretty much had long hair all of my life and the shortest I’ve gone is just above my shoulders. Boo.

Then Rihanna came out with her new image and just had me salivating at the joy that was her hair (the first cut, though the new cut is growing on me).

My fear is always, what if I HATE it???? And if I don’t like it, how am I going to survive the in-between grow out phase? What if short is too high maintainance? What if my head is too big for a short style? Will I have to relax my hair (been au natural for 12 years!) And on and on my list goes. So I decided to do something about it.

Ever wanted to know what your hair would look like with a Hollywood celebrity style? Me too. And I got to find out. Yes, yes yes, I get to play guinea pig and the thousands of you that read this blog daily (did I mention I love y’all for that!?! I do!! Thank you!! *muah!*) and I’ll put myself on display for the entire planet to see.

I used InStyle Magazine’s Hollywood Hair Virtual Makeover. It was so easy, you guys. I just uploaded pic (you need to register to do this though) and the you play around with all the different styles.

It was fun though I have to admit… Ready to see? Okay, here goes:

Sooooo, what do y’all think? Vote on the righthand side of this blog. Choose the celebrity whose haircut looks the best on me (oh yeah, and never mind the lei around my neck, I didn’t have time to go looking for a good picture, besides, my fav show LOST is about to come one and I’m rushing!! LOL!)
