Neutrogena MoistureShine Soothing LipSheers: Product Review

by Pascalle on March 8th, 2008

I’m not much of a lipstick wearer. I certainly don’t wear make-up on a daily basis, more just when I’m going out and/or have an event to attend. And even then, when I am fully made-up, I don’t wear lipstick, I wear lip gloss with just the slightest hint of color (I probably own only a tube or 2 of actual lipstick).

I do, however, wear lip balm on a daily basis, re-applying several times a day. Especially in the colder months. You already know I’m a lip balm addict

But what happens when you want to have the effect of a both a lip balm (with sunscreen I might add) and some lipstick ‘color effect’ without the heaviness of lipstick?

Enter Neutrogena’s MoistureShine Soothing LipSheers.

This does the trick. I’ve been using it for the past few weeks now and I’m sold. It soothes lips (has a slight cooling effect similar to my beloved Blistex DCT) , and they come in a range of sheer colors.

Best of all, it and has SPF 20 to protect those luscious lips of yours from the sun. Click here for more info on this fabu product.

Win-win-win situation if you ask me…

    Hi Karen!

No, they dont really have a taste and/or smell to them. But they’re still pretty nice.. I’m wearing it now :)

Umm! I love lip gloss! I’ll have to try this one. Right now I’m addicted to DKNY Be Delicious (green apple) Lip Gloss. It has a slight shimmer to it and it tastes just as good as it smells.
