I don’t know if Monica Cruz is wearing a shortsuit or if this is a mini-dress, but I’m feeling it.

If it is a mini-dress, I think this can be a very easy look to emulate. Just take an oversized men’s dress shirt (satin one preferably!), take a leopard scarf to tie around your waist, find some tortoise or two-toned pumps and –voila!
