So I Wimped Out…
…and wore my hair curly instead for the event I was telling you all about in September (that’s me on the far left). Boo.
I totally sucked at time management that weekend and just did NOT have 2 hours to dedicate to blow drying my hair and setting it to achieve the ‘in-between’, wavy, Victoria’s Secret-model-hair look that I so desperately wanted. Oh well…there’s always the next event…I guess…?
The good news is that my pumps that I told you gals that I’d bought from Oh Deer! (“Praline” at Zappos) looked simply amazing. One of my favs in the closet right now…
Keep in mind, for the pumps, I did NOT pay the Zappos advertised $103.95. Remember, if you find them cheaper, they will match the price and beat it by an additional 10%.
My dress: ZARA (on sale for like $35.00!!!!! It was originally priced at $90.00! God, I LOVE a good deal!!!)
Can’t wait to wear BOTH again. That’s right. I said AGAIN. Who said divas only wear things ONCE? Puuhllleeeeze! ;)

While I was pleased w/the way the curls came out, it’s not the look I was going for (and wanted for two months!) so I was a bit disappointed.
As far as the dress/pumps–YES! I need to rock them both again, and very soon. Got any events for us to go to? ;)

And I definitely understand the hair disappointment. I straightened my hair in December and I hated it! My sister spent hours on it but I washed my naps and kinks back in within 24 hours! I’m sure we can come up with another event for you to rock your fab look! (With straight hair this time :o)

Hey Jodi, if you’re on the hunt for dresses, hopefully your local H&M will carry the new Cavalli line. The dresses are amazing. But I’ll keep looking and post what I find in a future post ;)
